Please support our troops

Even if you are against the war...please support our troops! The following is a pretty cool video that was made as a class project by a 15 year old young lady.

If she is part of our future, we are going to be alright!

Reminds me of an old saying:

If you can read this, thank a teacher. Because it's in English, thank a Soldier.

Nice find, Zamboni.

Navy corpsmen

Our son, Todd in Kuwait (on the Iraq border). He is almost a 13 year Navy corpsman. The photo taken in Kuiwait. Todd on the left. The 2 ladies are corpsman and the doctor is on the right. Yes, do support our troops....all of them wherever they are serving.

Blessings to all of our troops and also to all of the ones on this thread with their contributions and service. One more reason to be proud to be an American!

I wish there were more people like Lizzi in our world. As a veteran Naval Fighter Pilot, doing my job in the Middle East during the 1980's, no one knew where we were or what we were doing but we were serving our country and protecting the freedoms of all peoples on this small planet earth we call home. I feel honored and proud that I had the opportunity to serve our great nation, The United States of America! We may not know why, we don't ask; we may not agree, but we are bound, we are proud and know deep inside our missions were good for the safety of everyone. Currently our WBCCI unit New England is sending out monthly care packages our our troops. Please take the time to find someone you know who would love to receive a little bit of home every month.

Good Bless our Troops and our Country!

Today's email quote

"Every day, the news is filled with the war in Iraq and the events in Afghanistan. While these stories talk about the bombings and casualties, I have yet to see one thanking the men and womer over there serving in the military" Julian Whitaker MD

--------------------------------
My last one was Vietnam; I then had 17 years in the Marines. One day while observing blown up body parts of some of our own, I noticed the pained expressions on many of the younger troopers. I was suffering but they were devastated!

No wonder--Jane Fonda was doing her Tokyo Rose broadcast from the North, the media was blasting negative from all sides, it seemed the only friends we had in the world were our families. Surly the life long scars on these young men were ten times worse than they should have been.

To be in war is bad enough without the thoughtless stress of the Sunday Soldier's criticism. Don't let this happen in our current War.

Thank's friends,

John
