Partner for New 2017 33 Clasic

We are building a new home in Miami. I plan to purchase the new 2017 33' with solar option. My wife and I will live on the lot in the AirStream for 2 years during construction. It will not travel, put on the lot and stays there. Thus there will be no wear, road damage from rocks etc. We will connect to power and septic service pump out so systems will have little use.

I am looking for a partner or some creactive offer to take the trailer from me in 2 years. AirStreams are not leased or rented but that is kind of what I want. Maybe a buy back offer, etc.

Open to ideas, private or commercial (dealer).

That's an interesting and creative idea.

I would want to know the size of your lot, as I wouldn't want my trailer to be too close to the actual construction.

There are lots of people interested in getting a well equipped Airstream, where someone else has paid the hefty depreciation and sales tax.

I'm sure you will find a partner for this.

Patrick actually there are several Airstream rentals companies currently doing business on both the east and west coast. Google will get you contact information. If you only want someplace to live I do not think an Airstream is the best choice for fixed location. I would consider something more along the lines of a park model home. There are literally thousands of them in use and for sale in Florida. They are built with the proper utility hookups for long term living.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."

Interesting but why not a used 5th wheel? Much cheaper to purchase, easy to sell when finished with it.
