Our cool new addition

My brother and I have been living in our Airstream for about a year now. We have covered a lot of ground! We just added a bottle opener to the outside of the trailer and it is awesome. We go to a lot of events (college football games, concerts, parties, etc.) and it is extremely useful and a cool addition.

Does anyone else have one of these or seen one? I recommend it, its an easy project (of course we had someone do it, we lack the tools and handiness lol). You can see a video of the installation YouTube - Opener Install

Probably not something we'd do, but a very cool idea!

Thanks for sharing, and yes please give us more information on your journey.

Cool - now this is a project I can do. But here in FL, Reef sandles are my choice. "Never leave home without your can opener."

Sean got me one last year for my birthday; just put the garbage can underneath it to catch the caps. I love it!

Thanks for the welcome!

My brother and I moved into 'Alleroy' a year ago and started the Million Dollar Road Trip. We are traveling the country to promote American small business. We got the Airstream wrapped in vinyl (I know, sorry to the traditionalists) and companies pay us to put their logo on the outside. We are going to cover it with thousands of independent business logos as a monument to entrepreneurship. Along the way we profile small business owners and entrepreneurs and give cash grants to people starting new businesses.

We don't generally drink expensive beer, even the twist-offs are fun to pop open off the side of the trailer

Dude, you need to just mount a tap on the outside connected to the mini keg in the fridge!

Way cool!

As far as twist off's are concerned, sometimes my joints just aren't up to twisting.
