O Canada

To my Canadian Airstreamer friends and cousins. We are so proud for you for the great Olympic Winter Games that you have wonderfully organized and presented. The pride that you show for Canada's magestic beautiful land encourages us, hopefully as soon as we are able, to hook up our Airstream and head north. It has been too long since I have visited my cousins in Vancouver, Richmond and Victoria. My cousins in Ontario will have to wait for a trip to my home state of Michigan. Again...we are SO PROUD for you, O CANADA.

Terrific games!

For me, the pictures of the Cdn women's hockey team celebrating on the rink with cigars, beer and champagne summed up the joy and pride of such a momentous achievement.

Way to go!!

It was a wonderful time, even from the East. No major security issues, and with the sad exception of the young lad who was killed in luge practice just before the games opened, no big incidents.

I can't remember a games where so many Canadians seemed so involved as they are in this one, and I'm old

and a fun time was had by all, so to speak!

Congratulations Canada on a great Olympics. I enjoyed all of it and especially the great hockey game yesterday even though I would have liked to have the USA win..

As one of the expats here in the US I'm proud to say I'm a Canadian.

Small? 33 Million is small? I guess according to geographic area it might be.

My view of the US hockey team is a bit jaded however. The majority of them are NHL millionaires and yet the disdain on their faces was that of spoiled rich kids. Heck the silver medal is not a block of lead! An Olympic medal is a prize to be cherished for a lifetime. Few only get one Olympic try.

It was a great couple of weeks.

I wish to apologize for my rudeness in post 9. Canada is an awsome country that I've visited many times while living in New York. I can't think of a better neighbor to have. I did enjoy the opening cerimonies very much. The entire winter games were a great sucess in my opinion. Well done Canada!
