After further investigation, it appears to be a problem with the PhotoPost software that is used for the storage of the pictures on the webserver. This is the second time it has happened and it is being looked at. Thanks for pointing it out.
To avoid the problem for now, don't go to the PhotoAlbum. If you have, you will have to completely exit all InternetExplorer windows and start it up again.

I also have not been able to get into the photo section for the past week, and after trying I must restart the computer before I can visit any other site on the web. I also use Microsoft Internet Explorer.
