Newbie joke (sorry about that)

A Newbie was driving home after a very successful and fun first-time rally and got caught in a really bad hailstorm.

So the next day he drove his Airstream MH, which was covered with dents, to a repair shop. After noticing the temporary license plate, the shop owner decided to have some fun. So he told the concerned camper to go home and slam the door shut really hard, and all the dents would pop out. After all, Airstreams are solidly built.

So, the Newbie went home, grabbed the door handle and forcefully slammed the door shut. Nothing happened. So he tried once more and still nothing happened.

"What are you doing?" asked his wife after hearing the commotion.

So he told her how the repairman had instructed him to slam the door shut in order to get all the dents to pop out.

Rolling her eyes in disbelief she said, "Uh, like hello! You need to close the windows first."

Hi All...
Reminds me when I first started Driving..bk in '70, HANDS UP who remembers the '70s...lol.....
I owned a Austin Cambridge- A60 estate...a '66 model...on my first lesson in it, with my Friend's Dad...( who WAS a driving INSTRUCTOR )...my door flew open..." What are you doing "....he shouted... "Are you LETTING the CLUTCH-OUT...or what..."...I was so comical in those days, I replied..." NO...I thought I had STOPPED & abt 2 get out...as EVERYTHING on wheels has OVERTAKEN me, as You're making me drive SO SLOWLY..." Hence NO MORE freeby lessons from him...Chris.....
