New overnite rv parking!

We were in Napa today and passed the County Fairgrounds on Silverado Trail. We noticed an RV sign and some sobs and an a/s parked inside..we stopped in and talked to the Camp Host..they had just poured the beginning of May, 20 new cement pads for trailers complete with full hook-ups: electric, water, and sewer..all for only $35.00 a nite...pretty good price compared to the nearest KOA that we went to in Petaluma which charged $50..plus, no cattle smells they will be putting in 20+ more sites in the near future..I think this would be a great place to stay over for a nite or two, especially if you're on the way to or back from the Bay area or Coast, or to take in the wineries, or wine train here in Napa.. It's called the Napa Valley Expo RV.

Love that NAPA Valley

Great tip Codybear! We love that NAPA Valley and this could be a definite possibility for our next visit. Into our file it will go. Thanks so much.

There is also a nice small county park, only 10 minutes from downtown Napa. We have never camped here, as we have relatives that live in the area. But, we have been many time to hike the trails.

I added it to the campground reviews also.
