Never saw this before

Anyone ever hear of setting off fireworks in rememberance of 9/11? I've always equated fireworks with celebration, yet some knucklhead(s) is setting them off, near the campground.....

I'm afraid I'd shoot back. I don't think the kind of person that celebrates 9/11 is the kind of person I want to befriend.

Only if the fuses are tied to something unmentionable.

Well, can't be sure but from here it looks like they're just talking right now. What would be nice is if they light the fuses, and the fireworks are lodged securely where the sun don't shine.

Liz and I live about 15 miles downwind of ground zero as the seagull flies across the Raritan Bay. We experienced the pall of smoke and smell of dust for long enough after the events of 9/11/01 that I would be very inclined to insert a quantity of his fireworks in a specific body orifice of his which normally serves as an exit, and do so in a direction perpendicular to which it might fit best, then light the fuse...

Yes, I have seen and heard of people doing this. They also were the ones handing out candy in the streets, waving "their" flags and celebrating on 9/11. They were on TV in all the news shows yelling and celebrating and do so each year on the anniversary of this great American tragedy.

They are the Islamic Terrorists we fight today in Palestine and other sections of the Middle East and around the World. People who support them here need a lesson in history.

Did anyone consider it was just some kid having fun with fireworks at the campground?
