The previous owner said this AS comes with a hat of some sort........am I supposed to wear this hat while towing or camping ?

More important, will I look silly ?

Of course you must wear the hat.

Just tint the window in that good looking burgandy F250 so no one else can see you

Congrats on your new purchase. Hope you have as much fun with it as we have with ours.
I have no idea where Maryville is but... there is a rally in Sevierville Oct 2-4 and we would love to have you join us.

Airstream Dutch Oven Rally.

A word of caution - don't sweat the small stuff!

Evidently this baby is about to travel a very long distance to reach it's new home. Brace yourself for the fact that it's bound to be a bit dirty and may have a few bugs plastered on the front from the ride. Don't be disappointed if it doesn't look as good as the photos. With a bath and a little polish it should look as good as it's age and your expectations.

Most of all, get out and have some fun before the weather turns. So glad you have finally found one!

Carol

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

It is parked it it's own spot.........

It is very nice.

However......I am having some funny thoughts that I did not realize I would have.

I am not in it much yet, it is hooked up and everything seems to work perfectly.

But as I said I am having a sort of "buyers remorse" I guess you could call it.

I am just sort of shocked you might say.........now what do I do ?

I have been looking out the door of my house at it and it looks like a big airplane in my driveway.........

Well Then.. Put on your Captain's hat. Ask the Mrs if she will pass some peanuts out to the onlookers and hit the road Robbie.

You've waited long enough for this day enjoy the fruits of your efforts.

Kevin

PS We'll be in Asheville September 24-27, if you're up to a road trip.
