Name our Airstream
We just got our 1976 Airstream Caravanner yesterday. Now we need to name her. Do you have any suggestions?

Congratulations! I hope you have as much fun with yours as we have with ours!
What were the original owner's names? We named both our trailers after their first owners...

You know, I'm not sure who the first owners were, but the name on the title is Danny. Anyway, it's a good idea. Thanks!

How about Suki?
Congrats on the trailer and welcome to the forums!
Vagabonds...?
Sukikage Ran (Carried by the Wind) is a fictional (anime) female vagabond who goes wherever her adventures lead her....
She's a ronin -- a samurai with no master.
She has an affinity for sake, kicks ass with her samurai sword, and is stereotypically broke.
Calm, cool, collected... exceptionally smart... high sense of what's just.
Her traveling companion and fellow vagabond is named Meow.

It was manufactured in the USA bicentennial year, so you could choose something patriotic, like Betsy Ross, or possibly juvenile, like 7t6er. Then again, I named mine after a person I admired 40 years ago, a frail little old lady confined to her bed and twisted with arthritis, but she always had a big smile and happy outlook and an indomitable spirit -- Mrs. Glisten. Or you could go with names such as the ones cowboys named their horses: Traveller, Scout, Beauty, Silver, Diamond, Lightening, Sunny, Ace, Starlight, Blaze, Ringo, etc.,.....or their dogs: Belle, Bonnie, Sundance, or Shiloh. Don't get me started.

Pick a name that has meaning to you. We named our "Sempi2" for our beloved malti=pek, that we had to put down just after we bought her. We intended to travel with our little girl, but it was not to be. find something that is special to you. You will then have a name. I think that it must be personal if you want it to be your own.

name?
"... Yesterday, all our troubles seemed so far away, now it looks as if they're here to stay, oh I believe in Yesterday!..." (please refer to original post)
well, i kinda like the wagon name, too.
"...Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be..." seems to fit pretty good....

...silver lining...
"...there's a shadow hangin' over me, oh I believe in Yesterday..."
"...don't stop thinking about tomorrow, don't stop, it'll soon be here..."
this is for your second aquisition.
don't ask how I know about this phenomenon!

The good ones name themselves. Don't worry, if it is supposed to have a name it will come to you at the right time.
