My New Beach Condo!

I haven't said anything to anybody about this until now because I wanted to
wait until things were final. I just purchased a one-bedroom condo near the
beach as an investment property. I finally closed last week. I thought that
I would let you all know in case anyone is interested in accommodations for
an upcoming getaway.

It's available for weekends or on a weekly basis. For now, I will be
handling bookings until I place it with a rental company. Weekends will
cost about $100 for three nights and $250 for the week. I'm only
offering this price to friends, co-workers and family. Prices will be
different for others, but I can discuss that on an individual basis.

In any case, it's a one-bedroom, high-rise unit that overlooks the
water. It is nestled among lush green palm trees, and it has a lovely
view. See the attached photo. It's really nice and I'm very proud!!!
Let me know if you're interested...

Ahhh where's the water - I don't know, sounds like a scam to me, probably get down there and find out there is no elevator - not to mention a poorly paved parking lot.
