I read they said they were in someone else's house and the drugs did not belong to them, the police let them go with an agreement to cooperate and help them, but they took off breaking that agreement. And that there were no plans from the state they were found in to send them back.

Alan that was a great movie!

Aaron, I always like peanut butter for energy.

wheelinterested,
Peanut butter is good...but I don't like it. I guess because that was about all I ate as a kid... PB&J I also keep a couple of Heater Meals too. They have saved me from myself more than a couple of times, when I have gotten somewhere too late to get a decent dinner. Now if somebody would just come up with dehydrated beer....

Aaron,

That's the whole point. If you like it, you will snack on it.

During WWII, the AAF developed survival bars made from chocolate. Great energy density because of the high fat content, like peanut butter.

The problem was the pilots were snacking on them during routine flights.

When they needed them, there were none left.

These are cool. Look 6pk for 20 dollars special! How do they taste? Like the freeze dried Mountain House products, better?

You can live off these things but the Red Cross here in MS passed out thousands of cases of these after the storm. I never found one that tasted "good". Lots of MSG and SALT. Really had to drink alot of water with these. MRE's I found were better.

Our justice system is funny. The guy has weapons and drugs charges, but they let him got if he promises to cooperate. He dissapears. 11 Months later they actually bring charges against him. They stumble upon him thanks to the national news story. Then they can't afford to bring him back to AZ, so they have to make up a deal with the Oregon cops. And on top of all that, if they do get their hands on him, he probably wouldn't even serve any jail time! No wonder the crooks just laugh at the laws!

I didn't know...

Had I known this fairy tale story had been about running from the law due to guns and drugs, I wouldn't have posted it...

Oh well, now I'm glad he wasn't in a Airstream. I wouldn't want any stereo typing of Airstreamers going on!!
