Correct! mi silver -- we haven't even had reason to start a mod discussion on this thread. Members have been staying within lines of the Community Rules; ie, "Discussion of politics and religion is permitted only in association with the topic of this forum." Which is why this is a good thread -- and we've seen recent postings on other political figures and palletized Airstreams maintained by the Air Force.

There's gotta be some karma to pass around here somewhere...

It's all black and white to me.

kinda like the place that will offer half off prices to wally members but not other airstream owners. it's their business, they can do as they choose. advertising thats all.divisive, maybe to some, guess for yourself. I don't need an ad to develop my thought process, there's drugs for that.
seems as the stuff on the sidebars helps float this boat, part of the game I guess, change the channel or whatever.
Go camping, pound down a few cold ones and relax

What he said.

If you want to take exception to an ad, it seems as though there is plenty of opportunity to do so:
There is the McCain ad in question here
There is another thread talkin' about a "sexy Bikerplanet" ad
There is the Tina Turner ad where she's obviously not wearing a bra

We got a bit of something for everyone I guess.
If nothing else, the ads do seem to have gained the attention that they were designed for.
If the content offends me, I'm pretty sure I can ignore the ad. We all have to make those choices daily regarding T.V. and billboard ads.

It's just another ad for a product. I don't notice or look at any of the ads on the internet. I have taught myself to completely ignore.

Other issues

I'm still trying to decide if I want a Honda 2000 genset and later add a second, or just get a 3000, or get that 3500 Yamaha.....

I guess you all are technically correct. We aren't talking about politics per se. I just can't help think that some of these posts would have been pulled if the topic of discussion was another candidate (or perhaps his wife). Maybe post 14, 15 and 17. But hey, that's just my 2 cents.

THAT on the other hand is just good humor.
I saved the image, I can see lots of applications for that one. I just hope it doesn't get me in trouble...

Agreed, that picture is very reminicent of many of our so-called "leaders". But don't you think it fits better in this thread: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f472...ng-24723.htmlI

i'm sure the ad revenue generated by this site goes directly into the websites running costs and doesn't silver line Andy R's pocket, surely someone would notice his new TV and let us all know if it did.

Your photo made me laugh hard GreatPumpkin. After analyzing it for a while I think the skull is upside down.

Exactly as it would be in an anal/cranial inversion.

But that's not the only entry orifice, for example, what about cannibalism?

Whoops, off topic.

I didn't notice the McCain add until I saw this thread. I admit I did notice the girl on the bike, thus selective vision. So I guess we see what we want to.

That's interesting, because I didn't notice the biker chick ad until I finally read that thread to see what was going on. I've never actually seen the McCain ad.
