Looking for photo/ad of equalizing hitch

Hi there!

I am trying to find the ad where the Airstreams are being towed by older cars without rear wheels to show the quality of the equalizing hitch. I have tried all of the word search combinations I can think of and have come up with naught. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Thank you!
Susan

Hi Susan,

Not meaning to be coy, but I'm pretty sure even the old cars have rear wheels. Not much good for towing otherwise, or even driving solo, for that matter.

If you could maybe clarify your question, I'm sure one of us could help you!

Follow up: I see now - the picture actually shows a car with no rear wheels, attached to an Airstream by a WD hitch. I can't say I've ever seen that, but sure would like to!

I have seen the picture, it has either an Olds Toronado or Cadillac El Dorado, one of the old front wheel drive cars like the one Kevin Allen has.

It was a Toronado, and the hitch was an Eaz-Lift. I've seen it, but didn't copy the location.

Wonder what hitch this is?

Bet it would hold an Airstream straight.
