Please post pics of the Sienna, along with 3-pass CAT scale readings. You will need to upgrade your tires, add nitrogen and I recommend Amsoil synthetic products. and let us know your dates and routes of travel so we can keep our kids off the school bus that day.

Are the bagpipes made in China? Those are really of questionable quality. Some say dangerous if played at high frequency and you stand too close. The best are now produced in Canada. The exchange rate makes them quite afordable.

Travel safe. Smile when you say that. Pat

Life and death of a thread

No, but the proverbial ‘fat lady’ is warming up on the wings...it ain’t over until she enters, stage right, and sings...

Cue Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in “Kill the Wabbit” end scene...

And sometimes, the question the original poster asks actually gets answered.

Of course the bagpipes are scotch-Irish! They traditionally play the best for funerals.
(Display a sad, frownyface here, please.)

Of course, back in the bad old days, they were used as a weapon of mass terror...

Life and death of a thread

I have found that if I pour Irish Whiskey into Scotch bagpipes and Scotch whisky into Irish bagpipes, both types of bagpipes sound much better.

I thought it was pour the Irish Whisky into the Scotsman and the Scotch whisky into the Irishman and then if I drink both then they sound wonderful.

Howdy! Folks have strong differences of opinion on whether this thread is finally dead or not - but glad you asked!

Happy camping!

(fingers crossed)

I think the two of you need to decide for yourselves.

Thanks,

Hi Folks!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes anyway!

I’m torn between purchasing a used Basecamp vs a new Classic 33. My spouse has never camped before though previously was happy living for years in a small submersible. This purchase is going to be a surprise!

I’m not worried about cold weather camping as I like to be outside only when it’s blue sky and between 72 and 78 degrees. I prefer to have a light breeze but am flexible about this.

Also, thoughts on a tow vehicle?

Thanks for your help!

Lol. Oh crap, that should get a ton of people posting being on two ends of the spectrum. Nice work.

@Kendrick.l.j love that you woke up the sleeping giant!
