Don't forget the rest of the fake news that is owned by just a few corporate interests...

What if all of the "mainstream" media is nothing but a propaganda mill run by the same folks who run the politicians?

I always assumed they are. That's why you have to fact check all of them.

Only one main dominates the planet with his empire of joy and 3 circles.

For kicks and giggles, I went back to read the entire thread. The entire thing is just a blast - very creative, observant group here. But this one just made me burst out laughing! Your sign-offs are always a blast but in context, this entire reply was one of my all time faves. 😄

Carry on!

Ok, enough is enough. I have seen this word so many times on this forum that for a brief fraction of a moment I questioned whether I was using the word correctly....

ax∑el
\ˈak-səl, ˈšk-\

noun , often capitalized
:a jump in figure skating from the outer forward edge of one skate with 11⁄2 turns taken in the air and a return to the outer backward edge of the other skate

ax∑le\ˈak-səl\
noun
: a bar on which a wheel or a pair of wheels turns
Full Definition
1 a : a pin or shaft on or with which a wheel or pair of wheels revolves
b (1) : a fixed bar or beam with bearings at its ends on which wheels (as of a cart) revolve (2) : the spindle of such a beam

OK, just got to ask, what does your signature " in a short period of time" mean to you exactly.

Drives me crazy when I see brakes spelled "breaks". So much so that I want to "break" a "brake" drum over your head.

Life and death of a thread

I have nothing to add except my favorite pizza dough recipe ...
Fast ...
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2⁄3 cup lukewarm water (plus an additional 2 tbsp)

DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 cup of flour with all other ingredients.
Gradually add 2nd cup of flour until it forms a ball. Use your hands to form and knead the dough.
Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes in a bowl covered with a dish towel or saran to keep it warm.
Spread out onto greased pizza pan and top with your favorite toppings.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
