In World War II many of the aircraft had nose art that represented the values of what was important to the military and it's mission. Afterwards there was a time that nose art was not allowed. After Sept.11 a young airman designed a tribute to those brave crew and passengers of flight 93 that gave their lives in the fight against those who wish us harm. This design was authorized to be placed on the nose of many military aircraft as a way to show our struggle against those who kill innocent people. As I referbed my 1976
Sovereign I tried to maintain that theme and named her the Spirit of '76'. With it I want to thank those men and women that have fought and over 5,000 that have given their lives to protect mine and my families freedom. I thank the Crew and passengers of flight 93.
