Legit or Scam? Craiglist Listing
Check out these two, appearing to be indentical, Craiglist listings. One is from Minneapolis, and one is from Iowa City. Both list a greatly underpriced 2005 Bambi. Tell me what you all see:

It smells like what it is. I turned them in to Craigslist as scams.

The text was copied and pasted. The "A" is on a prior line in the ad. Plus all the keywords below the text, and over the pictures, no contact info other than the blind Craigslist box.
If you want to play a game with them, you can copy all the box adresses, and do a "BCC" to all of them, with the same response:
"Hello I would like to purchase this trailer it is what I have always wanted ccan I send you a money order for the entire amount including shipping and you send me a refund of overpayment?"

Check out the funky text after the listing (just above the photos) - I think this is some kind of bot placing the ad and adding random text form other locations.

I am not including the links, but this Bambi appears to be in adds across the country. I have now also found it in:
Albany, NY
Buffalo, NY
Harlem, NY (NYC)
Chinatown, NY (NYC)
Austin, Texas
Corpus Christi, TX
Dallas, TX
I bet we could find it in every state. Pass the word! Once again someone is using the excellent name of Airstream for no good!

Looking for our caravel I found a link that searches all the craigslists in the USA. This person is a scammer and hopefully no one falll for his scam. Usually someone is reporting him as fast as he posts.

The listing on the "Vintage 24 ft Airstream Tradewind"on Craigslist for $4000 with the note from a woman getting divorced... is listed on ebay, with a bid currently at $7101. It is being sold by a third party with the name "MacGregor." He is, actually, a legitimate third party as I bought my 20' Argosy from him 2 years ago, on ebay. I love my Argosy and found the seller quite knowledgeable about my Argosy and the sale went well..
