Just for fun

Has anybody else seen these? Hope this link works, they are very cool and the interiors have given me some ideas for our Airstream (when we find it!) but I think they must be very heavy, mirrors and stoves and all!

They look a bit gaudy for my taste, almost like a carnaval vendor or something. But to each their own.
I agree that they do look heavy.

I recall some pictures and discussion about these some time ago...they are pretty cool! Albeit a bit fancy for my camping tastes...I believe they were originally sold to Carnival & Circus workers and had lots of full-time amenities and lots of storage for costumes.

Look cool...would be fun to have one.

I've been having fun looking at what the UK is doing with Airstreams and "caravans". Lots of good ideas there. Still don't have "our" trailer yet, but I have a huge file! And this forum is so great, I have learned a lot!

Pretty neat. I have never seen trailers like that before. They were really fancy, wonder if they take on road dust like ours does. I loved the old pictures too. You can really lose yourself in wandering through the units and times.
