It looks homemade because look where the door is. Typically on truck campers, the door is located in the rear so you can get in and out of the trailer without having to remove the trailer from the bed of the truck.
There is a company (name starts with an "A") that manufacturers truck campers similar to that. Perhaps the owner purchased the manufacturered camper and then modified it by moving the door to the side.

That may have been in an Airstream once, but I never saw one come from the factory with it. I had one of those in my house in Pennsylvania back in the 1960's...
