I must be a Thread killer

I looked under my User CP at my subscribed Threads and I could not believe the number of threads going back several months that I was the last person to respond and then the thread just died.

Don actually we paid the moderators to put your responses at the end just to screw with you and see if you would notice.

Gifted individual

Maybe you just have a special gift for ending conversations. Some of these threads deserve a quick and merciful death anyway.

Actually we figure you just always wanted to get the last word in.

You obviously have that rare gift to find that one thing to say that is so profound, that others are too embarrassed to post, thinking that their own reply would seem trivial and pale in comparison to the greatness of yours.

I'm pretty sure that is what you wanted us to say. Do you feel better now?

I don't know about the OP, but in my case, I'm sure the threads that I've killed— and there have been many— all come down to the inescapable fact that you can always tell an engineer, but you can't tell him much!

There are a few threads on here now you could kill and it wouldn't bother me at all. Jim

I've got you beat. I start and end threads with a single post.

That's sad. I did that once, and it traumatized me so badly that I quit starting threads of my own! Now I just kill other people's threads, usually by beating that dead horse black-and-blue.
