Wow, I don't know how to handle the second day of Bright Blue Clear Skies and 70 deg. He, He, He...
Wonderful weather but I can't find a new project rig.

Shari --

Is that fair? Denver is at 5 times our altitude.

It is supposed to warm up here by late in the week.

I went back out to the storage lot and turned the furnace back on last night. Another night close to freezing. Yikes it's May 1st! Maybe this is the last of it.

Bill, I'll try to send some of this monsoonal rain up your way to help cool things off. My lawn is growing mold.

Bring it on, our lawn is turning brown. It looks to be a very dry season if this keeps up.

Exclamation Or ... How HOT is it !!!!

Well, it is quite hot ... so my solution to continue working on the '65 restoration is to lock my Honda EU3000i to the golf cart and run the airconditioner in the Airstream while working ... quite comfortable ... inside.

Flag holder question...

Hi all -

Sorry to sideline the thread but I have a question that I can't seem to get an answer to anywhere else on the forum.

Andrew - I see that you have a flag holder on your unit. How does it mount to the front?? Did you order it online ( vendor on here I think)? Did you get the poles that they offer as well? - it seems I could get the poles cheaper locally. Thoughts?

We now return you to the original thread......

Sitting at a balmy 21F as the sun just went down - heading on down to 10F tonight (sounds colder when converted to -10C) but then she is heading way back up to 55F on Monday - and plans are that all the snow we just got yesterday - see pic from 0" to 8" in a few hours where we live will all be gone by Tuesday. But very pretty for the first snow.

So by some miracle we are hoping that this is our winter - 5 days - 1.5 of a winter storm - 2.5 of steady cold temps and then one day to melt all the snow and summer will be here.....in a perfect world. We have several months to go I'm afraid....The month in Florida will sure help us out again this year.

Still not too cold for the hubby to keep working on the house extension - roof is going on this weekend - and the walls framed in with windows and door next weekend.

Yep he actually works on things other than his Airstreams!and all for me to give me more sun during the winter months

It is 39F here in Huntsville ... and I thought this was the Deep South. Didn't keep me from working away the day in the Overlander. Warm front coming in the 60s tomorrow bringing rain but hopefully not before I get my new vents in.
