Here we go again. . .

Can't you hear Ray Charles crooning? Well, looks like round 3 for many areas weatherwise. Oklahoma, how are you all doing? Juel and others, are you still ice covered, do you have power? We're thinking about you--thinking warm thoughts. Yesterday we thawed enough to finally lose the ice coat on trees here in mid Missouri after 8 days of below freezing, but the forecast is for another 5-6 inches of snow tonight. For a winter that was forecast to be warmer and drier, this one sure has taken the cake! From forum comments, it sounds like this weather has hit nearly everywhere: California to Maine, Michigan to the Gulf Coast. So, how are all of you out there, waiting round 3? ~G

still snowing

Still snowing here in the TX panhandle. The airstream is languishing at the trailer shop, getting two new axles. Where's spring break when you need it? cheers, bill b.

Weather

Weather is still good running around 67 today and sunny for the first time in a week or so.We expect rain for a few more days starting tomorrow again.Weather is going to be around 65 for highs. It has been raining a lot here for this time of year.My grass is still green also and this is when it starts to go dormant and turn brown until around the end of Febuary. It has been a very warm winter for us.

Mild Winter until...

Until January. We've gotten nothing but cold weather and a bit of rain, however it looks like third time is the "charm" and the weatherman is predicting snow, sleet and freezing rain.

I'm a grateful recovering yankee - and I'm waiting for warm weather again. Brrrrrrrr
