Originally posted by Theo I will be glad when the weather stops being so cold - I want to visit old and new friends in the north, but don't need to burst my pipes whilst doing it. I have friends in Montana, and in North Dakota, so will be up there in the late spring, when the nights keep above freezing most times. Of interest, how cold can it get, before the pipes get problems in a fully heated trailer?

theo,
i use my '92 for deer hunting. gets into the teens at night, no problems with freeze ups.
you should be prepared to winterize your trailer immediately in case your furnace quits or you run out of propane unexpectedly.

boy did we have a beautiful weekend, mid fiftys and sunshine!
We sold our house in Wauwatosa on the last weekend in February. It was a similiar weekend, 50's and sunshine. We had an open house and everyone was out looking. We sold it that day!
This weekend was beautiful here, too. But then we expect that this time of year.
