Has anyone seen this movie?

When I was a kid, about 40 years ago, I saw a movie that has stuck in my mind ever since. I actually don't remember a whole lot about the movie because I was so young when I saw it. However, the parts I do remember have helped to form my love for the outdoors and for airstreaming.
The movie was about two bear cubs that found their way into a mountain resort on a lake, where they wreaked havoc. As a young kid, I remember laughing my rear end off as the cubs tore through the kitchen in the lodge, with pots and pans flying, flour clouding the air, etc. Another part I remember had to do with a man in a motor boat on the mountain lake. I think the guy fell out of the boat when he discovered the cubs were in the boat with him and the cubs went for a wild ride.
So what does this have to do with camping and airstreams? Well, at that time we lived in flat, desolate West Texas. Seeing those beautiful snow-capped mountains, sparkling lakes with fly fishermen wearing bright red plaid flannel shirts dotting the shore, and log cabin style lodges nestled among towering fir trees really made me long for travel and the outdoor lifestyle.
As an adult, I still love the outdoors. Now, I have children of my own who are getting to be old enough to appreciate camping, and I would love for them to see that old movie in its Technicolor glory. Sorry I can't help with more details. One other thing-- I don't remember any dialogue-only a narrator describing the cubs antics.
Please put your heads together and let's come up with a name for the movie. I am sure your kids would enjoy it too if we can track it down.
Thanks, Greg

Sounds like an old Disney episode from the '60's. Who was that guy that used to narrate those things? Rex somethng?

Jim

ON Edit: How about Rex Allen, he used to narrate a lot of Wonderful World of Disney stuff (on Sunday evenings?). I remember one episode he did about a mountain lion and similar antics you are describing.

Like you...I remember the movie, but can't remember the name. I'll try to find it.
I have to admit, the movie RV w/ Robin Williams was hilarious. Its a good family movie too!

Jim, you are correct, it was a Disney movie. On edit. It was "The Keystone Cubs" narrated by Rex Allen and was set in Yellowstone. It was produced in 1963 as a featurette and shown on The Wonderful World of Disney in 1965. It was very popular. I thought the flour in the kitchen scene and driving the boat scene were hilarious!

Had to check some reference material. Sorry it took so long to get back and edit this post.

So, now the question is, how do we get a copy of that episode? Tom, any ideas?

Wow, how great is it that we have this forum to discuss things from trailers to movies! Thanks so much for the quick responses. Now that I know the name and even who made it, I am sure I will get a copy in no time. I will let everyone know if it lives up to my old memories, and if the kids like it. (I am sure they will.) Anyone know of other similar movies or books that had to do with camping and the outdoors? How about a "Little Golden Book" called Tommy's Camping Adventure ? It was about a little boy trying to find a job he could do while camping with his family. Another great childhood memory.

However, something like this movie is often so rare that there are only a handful of places other than Disney that has them. But, Amazon is usually one of them.

Typically, Amazon is very competitive, but often enough they can be beat. I often will search Shopzilla if it is something I am researching before purchase to find a baseline for price and to get information on the product. Shopzilla merchants usually have good product descriptions. However, Shopzilla merchants rarely have the best on-line prices.
