Happy Mothers Day

Happy mothers day to all mothers and mothers to be. When I stop to think about what it is to be a mother I think of unconditional love to all their children as well as to children of others. I think of the absolute sacrifice that they give, nothing to small or grand. I think of the toll that we as children take on our mothers bodies and sanity yet they would have it no other way. I just lost my mother last week and as a firefighter paramedic I had the misfortune of not being able to save someone elses mother yesterday after she went into cardiac arrest. Remember to give your mother all your love every day, especially today when we celebrate them and all they do. In sickness and in health, For richer or poor, in good times and in bad we only have one mother. God Bless you all.

Thank you for sending out such a lovely note for mothers on the forum, Jerry. This day must be especially touching for you, losing your own mother so recently. Mine is living with us now under Hospice care for the time she has remaining, so I treasure each day we now share and especially this Mother's Day which will be our last together. So yes, let's all celebrate our Moms and the joy of being mothers. Again, thanks for a special message today. ~G

Thanks! It has been a perfect Mother's Day for me so far! Being a "Mom" is the greatest gift I have ever had. I would have loved to have had my Mother still with me, but she lived a full life and it is lovely to think of her any day!

Ditto what you said. I lost my mom in Mar. and miss her everyday. We cared for her this last few years. She lived to be the ripe old age of 88.
This weekend has been special. We watched my daughter graduate with her master's degree on Sat. and we were camping all weekend. What a great combination! I wish my mom had been here to see and share all of that. She would have been so proud of her grand daughter! Hope you all hug your mom today, or call and tell her you love her.

Remembering my Mother, Helen Byam Schwamborn

My Mother lived a long full life. She moved on at the young age of 99 just 17 days short of her 100th birthday.

I remember the loving role of my Mother, and the love I have for her.

But she was also the Mother to the WBCCI. How proud she was of her baby, and how she loved watching the growth. She loved each and everyone of the members, they were her family.

Happy Mother's Day Mom

Mothers Day

Every year, one day is devoted to making our mothers happy. That's a given.

The rest of the 364 days, we make mama happy, or give up Airstreaming.
