And a great Canada Day it has been in Surrey at least. Sunny, hot, and just finished listening to Ian Tyson, then Wide Mouth Mason, Kim Mitchell, and April Wine has just finished up. All playing at the Millennium outdoor park. Great time!
Now to slip over the line and help our American friends celebrate their country's birthday. Good thing they are so close together......

Well the last of the fireworks around our lake have been set off and the flags will roll up for another year.....the hangovers might last a little longer - as it was terrible weather where we are - cold and rainy with the odd sun shine.....

I missed it  Belated Happy Canada Day, all! Surely you are still celebrating. One of our favorite on-the-road days was spent at Fort William on Canada Day-festive, great food, great music, French spoken all around, great dancing, great voyageurs paddling in their great canoes and chants. . .wow! And now only a turn around to our Fourth of July! What a great week of the year for everyone {rattle and bang and sparklies of fireworks in the background) ~G
