One of our favorite vacation memories is from visiting Old Fort William in ThunderBay, Ontario, on Canada Day years ago. Happy Birthday, Canadian neighbors and friends!

Happy Canada Day to all our Canadian friends! Our relatives from Canada (Calgary) are visiting us in California and will be here for both Canada Day and Independence Day.

I've a regular kinship with your countrymen and women. We are independent and interdependent. Glad that everyone is here and strongly participating of their own free will. That's what it's all about. Happy Canada Day!

It was a grand day.
Can't beat fireworks over the Petitcodiac River. The Maritimes rule!

P.S.
Atlantic Nationals next weekend, largest Vintage/Classic car show in Canada.
Y'all should come. As of July 1st, cars pre-registered from every province except Manitoba and 7 American states.

Yup, the fireworks here at Burlington Bay were spectacular the other night. The live band played the 1812 overture while the fireworks were set off.
