I wonder if that is some odd type of awning (hardshell) or just an upper bank of windows or what? Guess it would be interesting to ID the year and model of that trailer.

My guess is about a 57 Carivanner - that bank of windows is a dead giveaway. 22' single axle - at about 2200 lbs, was cakewalk for that International. Never have seen one with a side antenna though
