That's not the original picture but one somebody copied the idea from.
I work for Cingular and one of our Techs in our main phone repair hub here in Atlanta did that and the picture was circulating about a year ago. Every one of my relatives and my wifes relatives got the Cingular picture and fowarded it to me LOL. They guy in the original picture is named Leon.
