Good Morning Jackson Center!
This picture is for all Airstreamers that have not been to Jackson Center. This is early morning from the center of town.
For those that have been to the Airstream factory this should be a memory of your stay in JC.
September 2009.

We were right on the same spot 2 days ago. The factory complex is a block away and the town looks a lot busier in the photo than it is.

Good morning JC
Jackson Center in the morning.
This pumper could come in handy for the next Cape town to Cairo caravan

Terraport
The triple axle AS in the background is where the Airstream Dir. of Marketing, Doug Froh (at the time) was staying.

Just after 7:00 AM, it is busy people going to work, school. There are other industries besides Airstream in the area. And in some respects Jackson Center is a crossroads.

Aaah, yes, it is becoming a familiar sight.
We all like the TerraPort.
Did anyone know there was a fire at JC a week or so ago? An apparently empty building just outside the factory caught fire and burned in the night. A bit of excitement for those there at the time. We heard this from some fellow travelers we had visited and shared a meal (and WINE) with while we were there.
