Just wanted to drop a line for the folks at the WBCCI International Rally in Madison. If you like BBQ there is a good place about 5 or 6 miles away from the rally site.

Haven't been to Fat Jack's yet.... but I have heard they are pretty good too.
I will have to give them a try.
It is difficult to find a good BBQ place in Wisconsin. Most places are fair to just plain bad. I was surprised that Smoky Jon's was so good. Their shoulder sandwich was so much better than Speed Queen in Milwaukee.... and I thought Speed Queen's food was pretty good. The only dig I have for Smoky Jon's is that I was hoping for coleslaw that was a little more tangy..... the coleslaw goes right on the sandwich you know.
