Good/Bad years?????

I have a 31 '84' excella trailer and want to downsize or get a second trailer for easy weekend or short trip use. Want a used trailer in the 22-25 ft size, twins, for my wife and I. Not looking for new or in model years 2000 to current.
I am not MECHANICALLY inclined or handy. Assuming I am willing to pay for one in good condition, what years should I focus on and what years to stay away form??? Any other suggestions on how to find or specific features to have, would be appreciated...
