General Conversation

Since it seems that some threads can go off in a completely opposite direction from where they started, I was thinking that maybe we just needed a thread that dealt with general conversation and ideas.

Let's see where this goes next....

Most other forums have a "off topic" or "general conversation" section. Might work here also.

Well, there you go. Before I posted, I looked at the top of the page under "Forums", and did not see an "off topic forum", and did not even know one existed.

Maybe it should not be a sub of "Our community".

I agree with SteveH but...there is no "our community" in the list of forums. You have to click on the orange heading "Community Sections" to see more options.

I think we could help a lot of members if there was an off topic sub forum that was easy to find. Right now it takes some "secret" key strokes to find some things. It is not an intuitive system as the guys at Apple would say. It reminds me of all those control-alt-delete kinds of things I had to go through with my PC.

I appreciate all the hard work the moderators do to keep everything running smoothly. I think it is time to rework the Forums tab just a bit.
