gas price vs travel

We are not going to cancel our spring trip. It is only 12 hours on the road to warmth and green grass.
It is worth it just to get out of the cold after a long winter.
We need an Airstream Spring Break really bad. So no matter how high gas goes we are going.
Later this summer as usual we will be comuting in the car (to and fromj the airstream park)and the suburban will sit as much as possible. You need to have an escape as you have to go to work. Or at least we do for a while yet.

Were leaving next week for Savannah GA and then Hickory NC and will be gone two weeks, we need the warm weather. We usually go in early March but could not get away then. Gas may be more but this trip of 2000 miles will only cost an additional $60 so I'm not going to stay home. You can't take it with you (Money) when you go.
