Future Planes/Cars/RVs of `Buckypaper'?

I saw the below article in the paper today and am intrigued. Someday, this could possibly even allow building of super, super lightweight RVs.

Future planes, cars may be made of `buckypaper'

And here I thought it might have something to do with 'Bucky' Fuller and his geodesic domes. Thankfully, buckypaper sounds a little more high-tech than that!

I think that Buckypaper is very interesting and way cool. I hope that I live long enough to see a Buckypaper Airstream that can be towed with a Toyota Corolla.

But, if you build a 34 foot Airstream that only weighs 500 pounds. . . what's to keep it from blowing away in the first good gust of wind?

I was just impressed that you knew it was somehow linked to Buckminster Fuller. That connection is pretty far removed...Macro building to nano particle. Your intellectual muscle at work!

I'm an Architect, so I'm very familiar with Bucky Fuller. But articles about nano particles make my eyes glaze over and head hurt.

Do you think future Airstreams made with Buckypaper will be electroplated with aluminum or just painted silver?
