Does awesome. I've pulled it through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington and Colorado and it has done fantastic. Now towing through mountainous areas the gas does suck, but I can pull it up hill at 65 MPH with no problems. I can't see getting another truck as the Tundra does such a fantastic job. Minus the gas mileage.
We just pulled our Airstream with a similar truck through those states. You can increase your gas mileage by cutting back on your speed on those long or steep grades, say 55 mph.

Very true on dialing back the speed. During that "trip" we had so much scheduled we rushed from place to place. It wasn't so much of a vacation as a sprint. Still think the Tundra has plenty of power, regardless of what all my diesel friends keeping trying to sell me on. Plenty happy with the ole Tundra.
