Fine and friendly forum

Hi there - thought I'd share part of my interesting yesterday with you. I logged on to the forums in the AM to discover my mail box full of messages - all from folks I've never met - wishing me a Happy Birthday. Over the course of the day there were another 80 or so e-mails and PM's from Airstreamers around the world. What a friendly place! Some of you shared rehab updates, some offered cyber toasts. Way cool!

I am continually amazed at the collegial camaraderie on this forum, not just the info sharing about all things Airstream, but the gentle and sometimes twisted humor that winds through many threads. Seems to me that Airstream fans - at least the ones that frequent these forums, make it their business to live their passions fully. It's a pleasure to participate here - thank you all.

Now - off to wash trailer - wanna help?

Er. . .I may change that from Merlot to fresh, cool rainwater! If it keeps raining like this, our mid-Missouri drought may be broken! So, here's to you, Janet, once again! ~G

Happy B Day Janet

Molly and I hope you have a good one, and if it wern't for the 125 miles between us I would come and sing happy B-day for you as you did for me.

NOT!!! I couldn't carry a toon or tune in a brown paper bag. Hell, I can't even spell it. !!!!

See you at Beverly Beach....Bob of Bob and Molly

I cannot speak for others, but I am so glad that janet has switched from her cartwheeking avatar to a stationary taget,
JK Janet, happy birthday, I think it's great that younger gals like older men.
I didn't actually look up Gary's birthday, He just looks like a raider of the last tomb. What is hidden under the hat?

Since everyone else went first...

Let me also wish you a happy birthday. I noticed it listed, but didn't want to call attention to it, as I believe birthdays ignored never occurred.
If that is really the case, I should only be 22...
