Never have, but Google has. Apparently made by Newmar but no longer listed on their web site as a product. 5th wheel, MoHo, and other plastic doodads, but no aluminium.
regards

Newmar Corp. made those, mostly 5th wheels in the 80's.
Londonaire was Newmar's high end coach.
I did not know they made a trailer version.
Kinda cool...

Newmar makes pretty good trailers... Were I to ever buy a 5'er one day it'd definitely be one of theirs.

I saw a Londonaire 5th wheel at a used rv dealership in Fort Myers a couple of years ago. It looked like a 3 axle Squarestream 5th wheel. Interior was trashed, so Idon't know how good it was when new.
As far as being "better than Airstream," I think wood is nice, but heavy. If heavy wood= quality, I'll take a low quality Airstream I can pull with something smaller than a locomotive...

Axles look good, Eh? Looks nice, must weigh a lot. It says all aluminum, can't be too bad.

Interesting. Even the hubcaps look like those on my '86 Sovereign.

All aluminum, except for the all-wood interior.
It does look very nice, but where would you get the parts to fix those front segments that are damaged?

It looks nice, but is it monocoque or a box bolted to a frame? Does it have aluminum ribs?

I think you are right about the wood weight. The dry weight is 7,000, gulp. The ad said the horses bumped in to the front on each side. So it looks like one big differnce is that AS are pulled with a bicycle, LondonAir's are pulled with at least two horses.
