Does anyone in the El Paso area know a good, reputable car repair shop for getting a diagnostic done? We have been talking to a guy about a car down there (for our 17yr old) and have a friend whose work takes him down that way, but none of us know of a place to have the car checked out. Help please

What part of El Paso is it located? East, West, Central or Northeast. We cover 450-500 sq. miles here, with a mountain range in the middle. I know of one in the NE but if the car is on the west side that would a 45-50 minute trip.
Hmmmm, don't know off hand. Had not gotten that far in the process, only talking about the car. And now we have not heard from car owner since initial greeting. Maybe he sold it, but maybe holiday interferred. Guess we will wait a day or 2.
