I don't ever plan on selling the trailer. Otherwise I wouldn't have put them on.

Since we have a 1980 International, we also get the "Do they still make them?" question. I love the idea of the vinyl lettering - of course, I know when I mention it to my husband, he will want a giant block "ND" for Notre Dame football on it...

Put the big ND on the back window.
People around here have a big A or MSU or Ole Miss on their campers, cars, golf carts, tattooed on their bodies...

We get asked that almost every time we go somewhere.
Down at Jackson Center there is an Airstream in their lot that has a "Yes they still make them" sign on it.

I have been asked that several times. The same people refuse to believe mine is a 64 :-)

When asked "if they still make them" I say that they quit at 3:30 today but will start again in the morning.

I had a guy comment to me today, "I didn't know they still made 'em.
I replied, "They make about 50 a week."

I suppose the guy I ran into in a campground in New Mexico this last week is among the really enlightened. He asked what year my AS was and I told him, his reply was, "So you got yours after they started making them again?" I just replied in the affirmative.

I do get questions about whether the Airstreams are still made, but usually by folks who come to admire the Airstream and tell me about fun times as children camping in Airstreams. Airstreams just bring smiles to people's faces.

Currently on the road with my new 2006 Safari 23. I had three people ask me today 1. Was it new? 2. Do they still make them?

Yes it is new, no they don't make them anymore. Gives them something to think about. Jim

I get this question every time we go camping, followed by "how much is it?". I don't really like answering that one.

After I told the guy they still make them, he then asked where to buy one...
I told him there is one dealer in Mississippi in Gulfport, one dealer in Arkansas in Little Rock, I didn't think there any dealers in Tennessee or Alabama.
