Decision making help!

So I sold my adorable Minuet this summer... was very sad to see it go! I am now camper shopping again! I have been looking at both Airstreams and Avions. I found a 1982 34 ft Avion that we like, BUT it's 9 hours away and the refridgerator doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what a fair price would be? Should I steer clear of the triple axles? Anything specific I should look for? I'll attach the ebay link. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

1982 AVION 34' CAMPER VERY NICE CONDITION NEW TIRES MUST SEE MAKE OFFER!! in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors

Thanks!
Jill

Well figure $1000+ for a new fridge. Tires cost more, and some state and other camp grounds only go to 28 or 30 ft. Not to many though..

It's really a nice looking trailer. Looks like it has storage underneath. Nice.

The add says "THE FRIDGE DOES BLOW COLD!" though. Maybe it actually works.

I talked with the seller. He said it was a typo, supposed to be, "air blows cold"... oops!

You know, I kinda wondered about that. "Blows cold" is not how I would describe an RV fridge myself. Even a working one.
