Barbara - that Old's would tow that trailer very nicely...........they'd look pretty sharp heading down the road. Might be fun for something reasonably close to home. Love the colors.

Our other project

Here's our other project...the "infamous" 1971 VW bus w/ 73 frontend.

We used to have a Honda 75 GL 1000 w/ full fairing and bags. Had great fun prior to kids on that bike.

Oh, boy, I sure wish I had my old beetles! I cut my driving teeth on a 58 beetle, then "graduated" to a 67 and then a 71 (first year of Superbeetle). Now the only vintage car I've got is the MGB, and it's only a 78 (but with a spanking new paint job, original color!).

Here's me and my '69 Cutlass. I plan to set it up to tow the Safari one of these days.... I also have a '70 Mach1 Mustang (my first car), but it is in pieces in my garage (awaiting restoration completion - behind the Airstream). I don't have a pic of the Mach1 readily available, so here's one exactly like mine (excepting the fact that it is fully assembled). I love this thread. Glad to see some other muscle car fans out there.

I am going to attempt to post my first picture. If it comes out, this is my '55 Handyman wagon. Not exactly original.

Nice looking wagon guys. You don't go anywhere anonymously with that one.

My wife had a red '77 Pacer. We'd have kept if it looked that good. Nice car.

We have a 1955 Porsche 356 "Continental" Cabrio. Very few still exist.

1956 Continental Mark II convertible. First of three made for Ford Motor Company.

1956 Chris Craft Continental 18-ft.

1968 Lincoln Continental 6-door limousine. It's a splice of two cars, not a stretch.

1977 Lincoln Continental Town Car with 18,000 miles and 1988 BMW 750iL with 77,000 miles. Bouught new and got to drive it as fast as it would go on the Autobahn.

1988 BMW 325iX w/100,000 miles. Original clutch. Wife's Winter car

1997 Z3 Wife's Summer car. No picture

1998 Mercedes ML-320 128,000 miles. I'm determined to drive it forever.

Oh yeah, The Phoenix.
