Cheap Home Design Software Help Wanted

I am in want of buying a cheap architecture software kit.

I looked at CompuServe and found the software packs from 19.95 up to 159.00 or so I think.

All have splashy packaging and are very confusing. Probably misleading.

Here is what I want to do with it:
Input data from an existing house and yard I own. I do not have the original plans or blueprints for this house. I do have lots of dimensions and notes that I have measured and taken.
I hope to end up with :
floor layouts and plans.
Elavations from various positions.
Ability to alter and "redesign" from the plans I create.

3-D images of interior and landscape layouts would be wonderful but not absolutely necessary.

The 2 I have found are;
Home Design 6 in 1 by Individual 20.00

Instant Architech by Upperspace 19.99

Anyone know anything about these softwares?

My computer will handle all the above.

Thanks

jaco

Punch Pro-Platinum. Pretty good for general home type architecture, but wouldn't call it a "professional" type architecture program. http://www.punchsoftware.com/plat.htm
