Doug,

I see five in the picture... or is that someone elses Airstream driving by?

Very cool collection... thanks for the photo.

even if you fill it full of junk, allow it to leak for years, allow chickens to roost in it, shoot it with a bb gun, tow it with a passenger car, and flip it, someone will want to buy it. My current price is $35K, the more I put back together, the higher the price goes. If someone comes along and is willing to pay, she is theirs....
Besides, I almost have the hardest part done, getting the frame, floor and reattaching the shell. This is where most people give up and quit.

Can't tell me that aluminum isn't magnetic!! People in general just seem to be attracted to the AS trailers. The smaller ones seem to garner more interest. I have a Bambi II, a '62 Flying Cloud, and a 1971 Caravel. Be careful about asking a certain price too. Some people are READY to buy, no matter the price. (I speak from first hand experience)

If someone will pay that price... it is theirs. I could own a few then, cool ones like you Kevin. I love your newest find, saw it on your blog.

If someone want Bertha, they will have to shell out $56 large, that's what an identical new replacement for her currently costs at Bates...

The one on the road is my 67 Safari. It's the only one in the picture I still have. There is a 68 Tradewind in the garage, in that picture. I now have a 60, 67, 68 and a 73 Argosy.

Tell inquirering minds: "Yea, it's a crime scene. We found a body inside it that must have been there 6 months or more" Looks like he poisoned himself from the Meth he was cooking. "Supprised you didn't smell it from where you were standing."

I don't think the conversation will go any farther.

You have a problem and I'm going to solve it.

Just PM me your address and I'll come by and replace that nuisance with a bland white box RV. I promise you won't be bothered again.

What if you hollowed out an old white box and parked your airstream inside it? Now we're thinkin'!

I'm liking the hide it INSIDE an SOB idea, however, THEY ALL LEAK.

The crime scene tape is good but it might attract people just asking what happened.

Just put a tarp over it, with a couple of boxes on the roof under the tarp to break up the sillouhette.
