Check out this listing ... the trailer is being billed as "1950's rare Airstream Trailer with addition". The photos aren't the best...the trailer is about 30' long and it has a roof built on top of it.
The corner where the side meets the back of the trailer over the bed is not rounded. The back slopes, but the sides don't curve to meet the rear.
Spartan? Or ??
On edit, Going - great minds run in pairs.

this looks like a Spartan Mansion....mid to late 50's.....couple of things
rounded port window...slopeing rear beadroom....flat walls and ceilings in front...the front has been completely redone kitchen and bedroom are original....
i have owned several spartan manors in the 26 foot range and have looked at a dozen of the bigger ones like this seems to be
some of these were big....33-45 foot range...the trailer may have a value to a buyer who wanted it....85k....that is alot
Sorry folks - I gotta say what ever it started out as - Airstream, Spartan, Spartan Mansion, Spartanette, or what ever - IT IS NO LONGER......
Addition, roof, plant growth, very much modified trailer makes this a real mess. How they can honestly post this as anything more than an issue that will need to be delt with when you but the property is beyond me. Can it even meet code for that area?
I vote Spartan Mansion as well based the side view but definitely not a Spartanette. It may never roll again but what a nice vacation spot (though I wonder why it says waterfront yet doesn't show the view or list the water frontage.
The trailer may not be as abused as it first looks. The roof may be just an unattached covering and the bland walled "living room" pictures are the clapboard sided addition with the furnace and chimney which probably attach through the second side door.
I don't know the area but Mass property is very expensive so I'm guessing the price is not outrageous for almost an acre. [WOOPS, THAT'S .08!!! ]
Pushing it as an Airstream is a travesty!
I'd go look at it for fun if I was closer
Steve

Lake Attatash appears very nice but does have some trashy areas. 1/2 million dollar homes on one side and a shack like this on the other. That realtor has another listing available: same size property in town and also 1 bed/1 bath for $175,000! So it looks like it's the value of the waterfront property you are buying. I see now it has 60' of frontage. I tried to find it's location on Windows Live Local but it must be too wooded to spot.
If you've never used Live Local try it and you'll never go back to Google maps or Yahoo for arial photos. Try the "birdseye view" of more populated areas.

I sent the agent a message letting her know it is not an Airstream.

This real estate agent needs to have a session with a regulator and maybe a judge! (assuming he or she has a license?????) Where is the department of regulation and/or licensing? . This type of crap gives the good agents a bad name.
Some sales agents must pride themselves on ignorance and at least ofn the surface seem to justify a lack of integrity with that quality of ignorance.
I hate to make such a negative statement but holy shmolly this one is so out of it. I would have walked away from this in a heart beat many many years ago when I did sales. Then again there is a philosophy of Caveat Emptor + whatever the seller says is correct if they are paying a commision. I just find it hard to swallow that an agent would take this type of listing without a page of disclosures.
