So yes it started out as kind of custom, waited for about 5 months until he perfected them, and now they are available for all airstreams. We both thought it would be a good market since we can't hang bilkes off the rear bumper. It is the 7000 AF and it retailed for $481 US including shipping to FL. He's in Montreal and very accomodating. Give a call if interested. They work great.

We saw your bike rack set up at the Balloon Fiesta last year...it was darn sick...it solves a whole lot of issues...

I recently went to my local welder had the bar extended, it fits great on my '08, 23 ft., I;m glad no one was interested!!

The PO of our '74 had at some point installed a rear bumper bike rack. I didn't get to see it, however as it had broken off long before we bought it. Appeared to have been made of some light aluminum that just couldn't stand up to the stress. Whats left of it is still sticking up from the bumper. Over the LP tanks is a good idea... just have to pick the bugs out of the spokes!
