my fave was the Betty White - Abe Vigoda one too..

but overall it seemed like the spots really weren't up to par...a weak year for SBowl commericals..but a great year for the Super Bowl!!
I'm just glad for the jockey shorts!

I liked the Intel sad robot commercial.

Congrats to the Saints! Here in Arkansas, I was definitely pulling for them.

There are lots of Katrina people here in Little Rock, too. More came here than you would realize from the national news.

.

It's hard to vote for any other than the Clydesdale colt and the long horn bull. Very cute, at least my wife thought so!! And we all know the wife knows best, well that's what I tell her.

That way it keeps the peace, so I get a little piece, he he he !!!

My second favorite was the Bud colt and Longhorn.

What was funny was that, after the halftime show, Roger Daltrey was complaining that his back and shoulder hurt. I know I shouldn't laugh at old people, but trying to recapture the attitude of 1968 is pretty funny.

I know there was speculation about whether or not Pete Townshend was going to smash his guitar, but I think he would have looked pretty silly if it had bounced back and hit him in the head!

One thing is for sure, the commercials just aren't like they used to be.

By far the best to me was Pam Tebow about the anti abortion......

oh and fotochop....wow what a statment about the Saints....not all louisiana people are soooooooooooooooo into the saints!!!! I was for Peyton, and not too happy that he lost either. And it is not just dealing with the mud and water "once" it does get to be alittle too much going for the 3rd time of mud/water. But more power to you for wanting to stay!

I thought it was kinda neat seeing THE WHO performing some of their great tuneage of the past. I was p-o'ed when the screen went blank for the finale of WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN.

??? hey guys, I can't tell if you're "Louisiana people" or not from this, but either way, I totally sympathize with anyone who's been washed outta here multiple times and just decided to make a stand somewhere else...not my intention to disparage them in any way, we're just proud of our boys, that's all..but I didn't understand two of my neighbors who were saying "Colts by 10" until it dawned on me: they have money on this game, too bad its on the wrong team...

....I have MUCH admiration and respect for Peyton, Archie, and that entire family..they are 'southern class' personified and Peyton is truly one of the absolute BEST to ever stand behind center...

I got a big kick out of the "human bridge" Bud commercial too

No offense taken here, Chop. The Aints deserved it; they played extremely well. I've been a Colts fan, since I was a kid growing up in Baltimore and they were still playing there. Up until a few years ago, I still had the Baltimore Sun newspaper that had the Mayflower moving truck leaving in the middle of the night, in the snow, on the front page. A lot of folks are still bitter about that. Bob Irsay was a money-grubbing jerk, may he rot in pieces.

The irony of it all was they left the Baltimore Colts Marching Band in Baltimore....those poor bastards marched in many parades and even played in 1996 for the Ravens, before changing their name to the Ravens marching band.

Peyton Manning is a stand up guy, as are his brother and father. Drew Brees and his wife seem to be really down to earth folks too. If anyone were to win the Super Bowl, I'm glad NO did; I'd be willing to bet that the Mannings didn't go home too upset about it.
