Argosy T Shirts

I just spoke with Jean at the Airstream Company Store in Jackson Center. I asked if they ever planned to sell any Argosy T's or hats. She told me that a long sleeve T is in the works and they hope to have it available before Christmas. It will be brown, with tan print on the chest logo. It may also have a logo or design on the sleeve. The final design is still being decided. I plan to give my support since I own both Argosy and Airstream.

Uhhhh, for those of us on Florida, could they do a short sleeve shirt.
Just curious.

I also asked about caps, but she said there are none planned at the moment. I would like to have a cap, but will not go the "bootleg" way to get one made.

Well, it needs cream above the taupe-about the "beltline." That would scream "Argosy"

Argosy T Shirts

News from the A/S store is that the T shirt project is delayed. The person that was working on that idea quit, so it fell on another person that doesn't have time for the project. Guess it may be a while.

Ours was painted (dare I say it) mistral blue.
Short sleeve, long sleeve, no sleeve, hats, berets, PJs, etc.
If they make it, I will buy.

Bummer, I look two to three times a week on the online store to see if they are in stock. I really, really want to purchase them.

We want to help

We cannot make Argosy shirts since Airstream Inc has them on the drawing board, but we might be able to somewhat please you Argosy folks if we add to our other colors a two-tone embroidered hat somewhat representing the Argosy colors such as in the attached crude sketch. Would you Argosy folks be interested in something like this? Any suggestions are welcome. If enough interest, I’ll try to get it available within 2-3 weeks.

Roger

Hi Roger,

Sorry to be a baby about this but I would want the hats and shirts to say "Argosy" on them.

Or maybe "Argosy by Airstream" - at least I want the Argosy name included.

Thanks!
