any other strange hobbies beside airstreams

Here's a short vid of what I'm doing on car rally's
I still think that the flames are way to small and am working on a high pressure system now around 300 psi instead of the 100 psi that I have now.
Also working on the idea of a small jet engine on a quad.

I have collected license plates all my life. I even belong to an international license plate collectors club. SuEllyn always kids me about treasuring something that most people throw in the garbage.

I wouldn't call that a hobby looks more like an accident waiting to happen. BTW I am not speaking of collecting license plates.

Old Vespas, old wood and canvas canoes, and old letterpresses. I'll be 35 next month, but when it comes to the stuff I'm into, my collectibles and hobbies range between 90 and 12 years before I was born.

Up until a year or two ago, I collected toy trains, and drove the real ones. My new hobby seems to be collecting parts for a 34 year old travel trailer...

Our Kite Hobby

Lynn and I fly four control line sport kites, Revolutions, as a pairs team doing "kite ballets" to music at various Kite Festivals.

We also fly with quad line teams, such as team iQuad.

It's really fun stuff.

Is an Airstream a hobby? I thought it was more like an obsession, kinda like my gardening. Or my jewelry making, or rock collecting, or making jewelry out of my rocks. Now there is an obsession.

I'm collecting corks, but it seems the best way to get them is to open wine bottles. Then, gee, I have an open bottle of wine. Would hate to waste that...

Dunno, I seem to be making lots of trips to the Chiropractor as I get older...does that count? That's probably as a result of some of the actual hobbies/sports I was involved in when I was younger.

I collect old radios. Well, I did, at any rate. Now I'm interested in a trailer or two to store some in.
